Q: Why should I buy a Reign Vermont Bag?
A: Reign Vermont bags are made in the USA. They are great quality and you will be supporting our local economy, which we sincerely appreciate.
Q: Does Reign Vermont have a catalog?
A: Sorry, no. I do not. But I like to think of my website as a virtual catalog that’s always up-to-date. I also like the idea of saving trees.
Q: How long will it take for my bag to be made. 

A: At the present time I am running at 4 weeks for delivery of your bag. If you are in a hurry please get in touch.

Q: How do I clean my Reign Vermont Bag?

A: I recommend hand wash and hang dry. Usually spot cleaning is sufficient. Lots of customers tell us how thrilled they are that they have put their bag through the washing machine. I do not recommend this. It will be at your own risk and not covered under any warranty if damage occurs.

Q: What are your textiles made from?

A: The fiber content of our fabrics consists of cotton, rayon and synthetics. We also make bags out of wool.

Q: Can I come and visit you?
A: Yes! Please do. Just get in touch with us before hand to make sure someone will be at the shop.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: If your bag is defective in anyway please get in touch with me right away to see what I can do to help. I can repair most things. If it is my fault I will make it right. Guaranteed. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Q: What is your return policy?
A:  I will accept a return within 15 days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging with tag still attached. I do not reimburse shipping charges. Please mail to Reign Vermont P.O. Box 945 Waitsfield, VT 05673.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I do not make custom styles at this time. However, I do offer a custom solution that’s tons of fun: if you have a fabric that you like, you can send it to me and I will make you a bag in one our existing styles. Please please contact me for more information.
Q: Reign Vermont has paired down its fabric Selection. Are some of those fabrics still available?
A: Please inquire about some of your old favorites. I may still have them. And it is very possible to make a bag for you. Please contact me to inquire.
Q: Do you send Swatches…I want to feel the fabric?
A: Yes, please please contact me with your mailing address and swatches that you would like to see.
Q: Do you sell your fabrics?
A: Sometimes. Please get in touch with me to find out what is available.
